Contest rules
1 - OBJECTIVE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION: The present contest is organized by Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, S.L, amongst clients that have stayed in the Group’s establishment in the Caribbean and who have filled in correctly the voluntary questionnaire that is handed out at the reception upon check-in
The contest adheres to the conditions stipulated in this contract. The act of participating signifies agreement with the terms and conditions.
All employees of Fiesta Hotel Group and all immediate family members and affinities will be excluded from the present.
2 - PRESENTATION DEADLINE AND OBJECTIVE: This year an annual competition is established with a closing deadline for participating on the 1st of February, 2010.
The winner has a year from the date of notification to use the prize. The winner will select the date they wish to use the prize. However, this may only be when there is availability on the website and the chosen establishment is open (except from 15 December to 10 January, President Week and Easter). In the event that the chosen establishment is the Hotel Palladium in Ibiza, it will not be available between 10 July and 20 August, both dates inclusive.
The winner will be notified by email and his or her name published on the Fiesta Hotel Group website.
The prize cannot be altered nor exchanged. Prize has no cash value. The prize cannot be granted to a third party and is only valid for use by winner.
3- PRIZE: A winner will be chosen arbitrarily amongst the questionnaires that have been filled out during the guests’ stays.
The drawing will be held by the Marketing Department in the head office of Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, S.L. in Ibiza, Avda. Bartolomé Roselló, 18, at 12:00pm on the 2nd of
February.
The prize is 7 consecutive nights free for two people in one of the Palladium or Grand Palladium Resorts and is non refundable and can only be used in one of the aforementioned resorts.
4 - FILE FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES: The entrant registering in the competition agrees that they wish be informed of Fiesta Group promotions, providing the necessary personal information for this correspondence. This will be managed by Fiesta Hotels &Resorts, S.L. and will be used to keep the entrant informed, either by e-mail or any other means, of innovations, products and services related to companies from the Fiesta Group. Hereafter, we inform you that your personal details will be put into a personal data file if you wish, which will be the responsibility of FIESTA HOTELS & RESORTS, S.L. As a user you will be able to access, cancel and rectify your details or oppose the data processing by writing to FIESTA HOTELS & RESORTS, S.L. with legal address Avda. Bartolomé Roselló nº 18, Ibiza 07800, Balearic Islands.
5 – LEGISLATION & VALIDITY: The present terms and conditions are upheld by Spanish law and both the participants in the contest as well as Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, S.L. forfeit the right to any other term and/or condition that may correspond, and expressly agree that any dispute that could arise regarding the interpretation or application of the present terms and conditions, be handled by the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Ibiza.
