Policy of the Integral Management System of Fiesta Hotel Group: Quality and Enviromental Awareness.
The Management of Fiesta Hotel Group, adhering to its concern for continual quality improvement and protection of the environment, vows to:
1. Offer our clients the maximum quality in service with the goal of making them loyal to the group; satisfying their needs and meeting their expectations.
2. Meet and exceed the expectations, in every way possible, of the applicable legal requirements of touristic materials, environment and prevention, as well as other commitments that the organization upholds with regards to environmental aspects.
3. Continually improve our Integral Management System, thus establishing actions that allow us to manage adequately our processes, fixing objectives and goals – quantifiable for their control, through indicators.
4. Develop learning programs in order to raise awareness, recycle and involve our human resources.
5. Involve the clients and suppliers in our Integral Management System through effective external communication.
6. Make rational use of natural resources in order to minimize environmental impact that our activity generates.
7. Create a cultura of quality, based on preventing contamination and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
