Reopening of Ayre Gran Hotel Colón

The grand reopening of AYRE GRAN HOTEL COLÓN (‘Edificio Europa’ building) took place on 7 November. This modern and innovative four-star hotel, part of the FIESTA HOTEL GROUP’s AYRE HOTELES chain, is located close to the “Paseo del Arte”, Retiro Park and Calle Goya, one of the most fashionable shopping areas.

The ceremony was presented by Enrique Alcocer, the hotel’s Manager, and Juan Serra, the General Manager of AYRE HOTELES, and was attended by various leading executives. The presentation of AYRE GRAN HOTEL COLÓN’s new look is a further advance in the company’s presence in the City Hotels sector.

The reopening ceremony of AYRE GRAN HOTEL COLÓN included a lavish cocktail reception for over 400 guests, including many people from the tourism sector: Congress Organisers, Travel Agencies, Booking Offices, Airlines and Hotel Chains, as well as tourism-related press.

The evening was helped along by a well-known DJ who played the best Ibiza-style chill-out music and by some colourful and original mimes. The guests also enjoyed a fantastic cocktail party in the hotel’s private garden.
