Punta Cana

Punta Cana is the name of the cape situated in the east of the Dominican Republic. Located in the province of La Altagracia, the area is home to many hotel complexes. The Punta Cana International Airport is located approximately 30km inside the island.
The beaches are made of a fine, white sand and the sea is a soft, greenish-blue, color. The sea is like a natural pool, as it is protected by coral reefs. The water is transparent and the climate is nearly the same all year round, with average temperatures of around 26ºC.
The area also boasts various nightclubs such as Mangú or Pachá that make for a lively nightlife. Numerous tourist attractions include Manati Park, an aquatic park with dolphins and other types of animals. A new acquatic park, Ocean World, will be opening soon and will be the largest in Bavaro and Punta Cana. Growing investment in real estate in the area make Punta Cana and Bavaro an ideal place to invest, vacation or own a property is this piece of paradise. The country has a predominantly tropical climate and rain is abundant. The average temperature is between 25 and 30 °C.
